Chains like Denny's or Chevy's make pretty good burgers, as for fast food chains, some are better than others, Like Car'ls Junior or In&Out, a californian Franchise that serves fresh quality products.

And Jack in the box?  
If ever you eat a traditional, non-fast burger in a good US restaurant (the equivalent to the english 'local pub', but I don't know how to name it in an US context), you won't feel like going again in a fast food franchise again for a burger.
In&Out? I've never been there, so I have no opinion about it. As I lived in Silicon Valley, I was able to eat in a lot of good traditional or ethnic restaurants and did not need to go to fast food eateries. Man, you can eat delicious mexican food at a very cheap price around El Camino Real, why would you need to eat at Chevy's?

Jack in the box is even worst than macdonalds or burger king. Seems like we lived in the same area. For my part I wasn't able to eat in a lot of tradional or ethnic restaurants, i wasn't very rich at the time. As for mexican food I remember a couple of independants place around middelfield road in Redwood city, or the famous chain LOS TRES HERMANOS, wich has nothing do to with taco bell. But you can't eat mexican food everyday, especially when you have a gf..
I havent eat many times at chevy's, but I have at Denny's (open 24/7), and i have to admit, they are as good as any usual dinner restaurant, and the service is great.

I would use "has" too - Apple being one company, but i guess both would be ok.

grammatically speaking , apple or any other noun, in this sentence is a third person subject, Period.

In context, it's clearly the legal person, not the many people working at Apple.

Tu met "just"? mais le "tout court" dans un texte en anglais je l'ai jamais vu, et a part passer pour un frenchie pretencieux ton tout court servira pas a grand chose.

Bah c'est un banc de sable Jcrois pas qu'il y ait de metaphore.  
C'est ecrit au-dessus, le seul endroit ou le cable passe sur de la terre, il ironise en disant que ca peut paraitre aussi difficile que de faire passer une corde sur un banc de sable mais que c'est beaucoup plus dur qu'il n'y parait.

Je pense comme daaadou, l'image est à prendre plus ou moins au premier degré
En gros si tu regardes ça sur une carte, c'est comme si tu jetais une corde par dessus un banc de sable, mais pour l'appliquer sur le terrain c'est techniquement très compliqué

oui, il veut bien dire que c'est bidon (super facile) - dans un premier temps - (rien à voir avec une aiguille ou une botte de foin) et en effet y'a pas de métaphore non plus il fait une simple comparaison (un câble sous-marin qui fait un bout de chemin en surface avec une rallonge électrique sur un banc de sable)

Translating an American product leaflet back into french, got a problem with "on-the-go" in this phrase:

"Smaller size is ideal for kids and on-the-go adults"

"Taille réduite idéale pour les enfants et les adultes......en mouvement?"
