The use of HCQ + azithromycin was limited to patients with contraindication to LPV/r, generally because of drug interactions or intolerance in elderly patients with multiple comorbidities --> ok on en donne pas au plus susceptibles de mourir... Conclusion de l'étude, HCQ nul part :  Our study also suggests that corticosteroids and tocilizumab may be beneficial for patients with severe disease. However, double-blinded placebo control randomized clinical trials are still required to determine the most effective treatments for COVID-19.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/scien [...] 7920304696

Ha, un début de peux être : HCQ had a modest effect on hospital length stay and days in ICU compared with SC. However, these results need to be interpreted with caution.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/scien [...] 6420302334

Ou pas :  Our results showed no significant beneficial effect of using hydroxychloroquine on the outcome of COVID-19 patients. Moreover, the risk of hypoglycemia due to hydroxychloroquine would possess a significant risk for out of hospital use.
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10. [...] 0234914v1.
