Sinon oui, je permettrais pas le scripting perso. Surtout que selon tes accès/API, même sans clés ou autres ils peuvent foutre le bronx (worms via des appels sur le même domaine, connerie du style). Le httponly aide pas trop là dessus: il va être envoyé pendant les xhr depuis le JS utilisateur, avec l'identification de l'utilisateur actuellement loggé, etc... Vu que c'est dissocié du navigateur en lui même... Oui mais peut-on espérer voir un jour IE et Opera utiliser WebKit par exemple ? Et surtout, pourquoi ce n'est pas déjà le cas. Enfin je ne sais pas, mais sur ce sujet, ça me semblerait tellement évident d'utiliser un moteur de rendu unique ...
