Ça reste un LTS, je fais pas la course aux versions, et sachons nous contenter qu’ils aient enfin décidé de se sortir un premier doigt de là où ils les avaient tous coincés. C’est un premier pas, on avance doucement, une étape après l’autre (mais au moins, on avance).

   netfilter: nf_tables: add .abort_skip_removal flag for set types

    The pipapo set backend is the only user of the .abort interface so far.
    To speed up pipapo abort path, removals are skipped.
   
    The follow up patch updates the rbtree to use to build an array of
    ordered elements, then use binary search. This needs a new .abort
    interface but, unlike pipapo, it also need to undo/remove elements.
   
    Add a flag and use it from the pipapo set backend.

Et sur Arch, le 6.19.6 n’est dispo que sur Core-Testing…
 
J’en viens à me dire que sur le canal stable, on va sauter la branche 6.19 et passer directement à la 7, à ce rythme. Déjà que le noyau LTS persiste lui aussi à rester en 6.12 (alors qu’il aurait dû passer en 6.18 dès la sortie du 6.19)… Je me demande pourquoi ça coince. En tout cas, depuis 11 ans et demi que j’ai découvert et adopté Arch Linux, c’est la première fois que je vois ça. :heink:

De ce que Tarfun m’a donné à lire sur le TU Arch, ce serait à cause des modules noyau Nvidia qui ne se compilaient pas en version 590 avec les noyaux 6.19 (alors que Cachy y arrive depuis un moment, mais passons). Apparemment, ce problème est enfin résolu.

Oh, le 6.18 était pas mal non plus, avec sa regression qui l’empêchait de reconnaître les circuits Wi-Fi pilotés par Intel (iwlwifi)… Il avait fallu attendre je sais plus quelle version, mais vacances de Noël obligent, l’arrivée d’une version du noyau 6.18 corrigée avait énormément tardé sur Arch (j’avais dû me rabattre sur le 6.12 LTS pendant un mois, sur le portable).
 
Et je dois recreuser cette histoire d’affichage qui gèle et rend la machine définitivement inutilisable sauf à l’éteindre de force ; mais j’ai pas très envie de la replanter – surtout exprès – juste en ouvrant un MKV dans VLC ou en consultant la page d’un personnage sur le site officiel du jeu Dolphin Wave depuis Vivaldi avec la rasterization GPU désactivée (ça crée des glitches graphiques sur l’écran, si je l’active). Et peut-être que la récente MAJ des « linux-firmware-* » a corrigé ça pour le pilote radeon (ce qui serait bien)…
