Bonjour à tous, j'ai bientôt un entretien en analyse crédit corporate grands comptes au siège d'une banque qui aime le rugby et je voulais savoir, selon vous, à quoi je peux m'attendre en questions techniques...

c'est du coverage? si oui, ben les basiques de finance, analyse financière (bfr, ratios, etc ...), ligne bilatérales (plain vanilla), c'est pas super compliqué le coverage... Peut etre savoir expliquer les dificultés des boites à l'heure actuelles...

Je commence un stage en M&A cet été dans une francaise, et j aimerais savoir ce qu est le Transaction Group. On y fait quoi ? C est un industry group ? C est vraiment du M&A ?

Ouais ms genre ya de la modelisation comme ds un product group M&A ? C est un group autonome ? C est quoi d ailleurs transaction ?

Serieux faut arreter avec vos banques qui aiment le rugby / tennis / cyclisme, alors que tout le monde comprend parfaitement qu'il s'agit de SG / BNPP / CASA.

Casa, ça fait du M&A, mais c'est pas une banque d'affaires à ce jour, faut pas dec'.

 
 
ils sont juste entrain de raflé un paquet de mandat DCM et ECM en ce mom, et leurs activités de marchés marchent plutôt pas mal..

A ce propos, ils ont eu la "chance" d'avoir un gros pépin l'été dernier en salle, qui les a amenés à resserrer les procédures, quand les copains fonçaient un peu dans le brouillard.
 
Ce n'est pas une mauvaise banque, ceci dit. mais bon, une IB...après, s'il n'en reste qu'une  lol.

En tous cas la recherche "banque qui aime le tennis" renvoie par deux fois et en first hit (merci ljs) à HFR.
On devrait peut être instaurer un code HFR des banques à n'utiliser qu'entre initiés

Je fais du trading légumes frais pour la banque des paysans, clients maraichers.

du soja a belleville, coté rue saint maur? c'est plutot exotique

 
En attendant, ca renvoit direct a HFR comme le dit symply16 tandis que "BNP Paribas" c'est bien plus anonyme.

ça a l'air potentiellement chaud le G20. Les stagiaires des spring en IB sont invités par les banques à prendre leurs précautions pour ne pas se faire étriper sur le chemin...
