Habitant là haut, et élevant des rennes (entre autres), je me permets...
Ca fait plusieurs fois que je vois passer ces photos (et une autre) et c'est globalement faux.
Je croise des milliers de rennes chaque année (dans la nature / au bord des routes), dans le nord de la Finlande, Suède et Norvège, et depuis des années, je n'ai vu qu'un seul renne avoir cette peinture (un magnifique mâle castré que son propriétaire ne voulait pas voir tué par un véhicule, j'imagine).
Aussi, les mâles n'ont pas de bois l'hiver (ils les perdent 2 semaines après la période du rûte (courant septembre), excepté les mâles castrés (qui sont anecdotiques). LEs femelles les perdent 2 semaines après les naissances (courant mai).

En Finlande, les éleveurs sont remboursés par les assurances des conducteurs, ou par l'état si le conducteur est en défaut d'assurance / s'est barré sans déclarer (ce qui est obligétoire).
