Mode Standard :
This Mario-themed mode features the same addictive game play that made the original Tetris so wildly popular. Players guide falling Tetriminos (falling blocks) and form horizontal lines to clear them away. Mario runs around Super Mario Bros. levels in the background. Standard mode includes items for players to use to foil their opponents. When competing against friends using Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, players can engage in two- or four-player battles with or without use of items. When competing against strangers, players can engage in two-player battles without items or four-player battles with items.

Mode Touch :
This unique take on Tetris really shows off the touch-screen capability of Nintendo DS. Players use a stylus to drag and move Tetriminos in a giant stack to make them fall into horizontal lines. In early levels, they can tap Tetriminos to spin them just the way they need them. Players have as much time as they need to carefully plan their moves, so it plays very differently from the other frantic modes.

Mode Push :
The goal is to clear two lines at a time to move the screen down and push opponents into the red zone. Players just can't let their own blocks build up too high, or it's game over. Players also can play this mode with another player using DS Download Play. Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection in this mode features two-player battles against friends or strangers.

Mode puzzle :
This is a slower-paced and less hectic spin on Tetris, one that will require all the brainpower you have, especially as youo advance to harder difficulties. For each puzzle, you'll see a set up of blocks on the upper screen, and a selection of a few Tetris pieces on the bottom. By using each piece only once, you have to clear all the blocks. While this sounds easy, it's not, and is just another way that Tetris DS changes the way you think about the game. With graphics based on the SNES Yoshi's Cookie, the mode features 200 individual puzzles.

Avec Tetris DS, Nintendo offre un excellent puzzle game à sa portable. Les nouveaux modes de jeux variés et réussis enrichissent à merveille le principe indémodable de la série, et le mode multi redoutable aussi bien en local qu'online assurera à la petite cartouche une durée de vie gigantesque. On regrettera tout de même un prix de vente normal alors que nos homologues nippon ont eu droit à un rabais et l'absence d'un mode Tetris 100% "classique". Des détails qui ne devront toutefois pas empêcher les adeptes de se jeter sur ce titre de qualité susceptible de devenir leur plus fidèle compagnon lors de sorties prolongées dans le métro, le train, ou les toilettes.

This game's all about the old-school, so several Nintendo properties have had their 8-bit soundtracks remixed. Not spectacular, but certainly catchy.

Still unbelievably addictive. Tetris is a true classic, but this is more the evolution than a revisit. You can't go back to the absolute basics, but what's been updated here still works for the design.

Lasting Appeal : 10/10
Lots of single player gaming, and tons of multiplayer for as many as ten players local and four players worldwide. Lots of legs.

Je ne sais pas si vous avez remarqué sur les images, mais on voit en transparence, la position de la brique quand elle sera en bas, lors de sa chute. Pratique pour viser juste !

si c'est pour la relative simplicité graphique, y'a polarium et meteos qui sont passés par là aussi

Du tétris sur DS, ma DS va enfin pme servir a quelquechose (nan, je deconne, j'men sert déja un peu )

Par contre, j'ai l'impression qu'on voit en transparance la où va attérir la piece, et plusieurs des pieces qui vont arriver, c'est trop facile :sol: .

Tant que je suis sur un post tétris, jme demandais, le premier tétris, en mode A, vous êtes aller jusqu'à coimbien de points ?

400 000 oui, mais tu vois, yen a qui font encore plus, mais après le niveau 20, la vitesse stagne, aparemment le concepteur n'avait pas prévu que qqun dépasserai les 200 000 (plus de changements de fusée au delà) ni le level 20 (jsui aller jusqu'au 27 sans ressentir de diff dans la vitesse par rapport au level 20)
