Tottenham boss Martin Jol has confirmed his interest in signing three top players from the Dutch league. Jol has instilled a new sense of optimism at White Hart Lane since stepping up to replace Jacques Santini, and he wants to buoy the club further with some key signings. PSV Eindhoven's Mark van Bommel and Ajax pair Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart top Jol's wish list, and could well become the subject of bids from Spurs. "We are enchanted about Van Bommel," Jol said. "He is a midfielder that would fit in my team because we play 4-4-2 with two central midfielders. "He is a complete midfielder with overview, dynamics and a good pass. "Sneijder is a real football player with both feet and an excellent pass," said Jol, who is interested in the increasing trend in England to play with a lone striker. "In a 4-5-1 Van der Vaart, as second striker, and Sneijder would do well, while Van Bommel is versatile."
