On dirait même que sur les copies ils prennent du retard vu le design qui ressemble à ce qui était encore l'ITS.

Oui enfin, il faudrait déjà avoir une date fiable pour la mise en service d'Ariane 6 avant de tirer des plans sur la commette. Après, c'est de la com', d'accord. Une boîte de chaudronnerie à 10 bornes de chez moi fabrique les réservoirs d'azote d'Ariane 5, si j'ai bien compris les explications de l'ingé avec qui je discutais lors d'un forum des métiers organisé par le collège où j'enseigne, et il a rigolé quand je lui ai demandé où ils en étaient avec Ariane 6. On était en 2017. Il m'avait expliqué que j' allais devoir être trèèès patient avant de voir l' engin décoller, et qu'ils n'avaient alors aucune info sur Ariane 6. Je dis pas ça pour critiquer ou amoindrir le travail de l'esa et d'Ariane Group, je fais pas partie de  ceux qui rêvent de prendre Elon en bouche, bien au contraire, mais clairement, là, on sent que l'écart s'est creusé.

ah bah ça, quand tu passes la moitié d'un cycle industriel à dénigrer l'innovation, tu te retrouves un peu con une fois qu'en face ca marche et que t'es à poil de ton coté...

Le correcteur automatique est activé et c'est bien le message qui est parti. Je m'en suis pas rendu compte avant de te lire et je ne comprends même pas pourquoi ou comment le correcteur a orthographié le mot comme ça. Par curiosité je vais réessayer.

HyPrSpace a publié une photo de leur moteur aerospike Joker Mk2 en fonctionnement. Plusisuers ont remarqué ce qui ressemblait à une bouteille de N2O non sécurisée, un peu trop proche du banc d'essai.

This one came from the company’s CEO and CTO Alexandre Mangeot, who responded to one of several comments on the HyPrSpace post by stating, “No worries! It is not our first barbecue.” As PR interactions go, this one ranks up there among some of the least advisable.
This really is a case study in public relations for launch startups. I genuinely like HyprSpace and I think they’re developing one of the most novel propulsion systems of any European launch startup. But they really need to do better when it comes to PR and comms. It’s not just for appearances. It’s a vital element of building both customer and investor trust, both of which are vital for the success of a startup.

In response to a request from me, HyPrSpace supplied the following statement from CEO and CTO Alexandre Mangeot.
“First of all, we are very happy to have reached this key milestone demonstrating our ability to control the engine and its start/cut-off processes, plus the thrust modulation capability.
 
To answer the few safety concerns we have read. Although we definitely understand them given the perspective of the picture, I can ensure you the test was performed under safe conditions.

 

   The bottle was farther than it seems.
    The bottle was empty.
    The bottle was disconnected from the engine (the run tank is not in the picture).
    And needless to say that everyone was at safe distance.

 


Be assured, and please assure everyone, that we have at heart the safety of the people working around us.”

 

TLDR: Selon HyPrSpace, c'est une image bien connu des internets. En fait, la bouteille était loin derrière. :o

Il vient d'être effectué, cet fois la pelouse a pas pris feu visiblement.  :D  
Pour l'instant ils ventilent pas, peut-être qu'il va en avoir un tir statique bonus. :o

Ce qui placerait le tir orbital dans le meilleur des cas pour mi/fin octobre.  
C'est marrant car pour cet fois-ci j'ai l'impression qu'ils veulent vraiment le réussir du premier coup. Plus de 3 mois de tests en tout genre c'est assez long en comparaison des précédents SN qui ont volé.
Mais j'ai aussi la sensation que c'est pour gagner du temps sur les protos qui suivront car au rythme de 1 tir par an on est pas prêt d'être sur la lune pour 2025/2026. :pt1cable:
