So there are a lot of theories on here whether a supplier of RU58841 is Legit or not. Some people report to have less side effects/regrowth with some brands.
 
So i am from Europe and chose the supplier „Mv supplements“. Compared to other suppliers they have a low price. I ordered the powder.
 
Now i had the option to test it in a lab for 180€ which was too expensive or test it on myself. I used it topically and didn’t have side effects at first.
 
So i wanted to test it systemic. I know that it binds to androgen receptors and all the heart side effects etc.
 
So basically i drove to the hospital and in the car i ingested 0,5ml of my RU58841 solution. So if something bad happens, i would be directly near the hospital.
 
10min later i experienced very severe breathing issues and pain in the heart (felt like a sharp needle). I literally thought i will die.
 
Luckily i was directly near the hospital so i immediately got out of my car and went in to the emergency section.
 
Nurses immediately took care of me and did a lot of tests. There was also a doctor but he wasn’t doing much.
 
A few minutes later i could barely breathe on my own and got respiratory assistance (never told them that i took the RU58841). Simultaneously they gave me some medication (don’t know what) but it helped and my heart pain stopped. They told me later that my heart basically had a very difficult time to actively pump out blood. I had decreased cardiac output.
 
They wanted me to stay there for a few days to actually check whats wrong with my body. But i knew it was caused by the RU so i just left the hospital.
 
So for everyone wondering: MV supplements is a legit supplier. I will report back with results in a few months (along with some other things, you can read my estrogen post)

This innovative mechanism targeting hair follicle stem cells, which are retained even in balding scalps, positions PP405 as an option suitable for patients traditionally underserved by current treatments, including women and individuals with longstanding hair loss.

Preliminary results from one month of treatment showed a rapid and statistically significant clinical response. At week eight, only four weeks after the completion of treatment in men with a higher degree of hair loss, 31% of those treated with PP405 exhibited a greater than 20% increase in hair density, compared to 0% of patients responding in the placebo group. Typically, visible hair regrowth requires 6-12 months of continuous therapy, suggesting PP405 may yield a more rapid clinical response than current treatments. Particularly striking was the finding that unlike existing drugs that primarily slow hair loss or support hair growth from already-active follicles, PP405 induced new hair growth from follicles where no hair was previously present — offering early validation of its regenerative potential.

FDA wants to use AI to speed up drug approval process

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is looking to AI to solve the problem of lengthy approval processes, as the Trump administration invests in even more automation amid thousands of federal worker layoffs.
 
The administration wants to “radically increase efficiency” using the burgeoning technology, according to a new article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) outlining the agency's priorities. The department's plan includes using artificial intelligence to examine device and drug applications, which would reportedly shave years off of the approval process, as well as AI computational modeling to reduce animal testing. The plan also proposes requiring just one major patient study to facilitate approvals, part of an overhaul of "legacy" processes.
