The problem I have is that my card has NEVER been able to play audio from apps using directsound. I know directsound has been discontinued in Vista, but it can still be played using in-built emulation, but it doesn't play at all. I've tried with FLStudio, Winamp, Fubar, VLCPlayer, various retro console emulators (Snes9x, MAME, etc), Computer games (one of which, Hitman: Blood Money, would not even load, directly because of the revo and its drivers), etc, and it's whenever directsound is selected that the audio fails and the applications crash (or in the case of FLStudio, the cpu usage shoots to 100 and no audio is outputted). Also, annoyingly enough, the slideshow feature in Vista does not work with the revo active, it just crashes out.
