:o moi, j'utilise des chèques. J'ai pas le choix de ma banque (crédit immo oblige), du coup, c'est le seul moyen de paiement gratuit proposé. :D

Pour faire un virement, non. Mais pour avoir une CB, oui.
 
Après, c'est particulier : on a 3 comptes. 1 pour chacun, et 1 commun. Sur le commun, on a qu'un chéquier. Et on paie pas mal de choses avec. Mais on pourrait s'en passer, en fait.

pour trainoo.com le DNS est géré par gandi, et j'envoie mes mails soit directement du serveur (pour les trucs auto) soit depuis gmail (pour les mails perso).
 
 ça veut dire que je dois mettre un record SPF chez Gandi (en dessous du A quoi) et que je dois trouver le serveur par lequel gmail envoie ses mail, et mettre gmail+mon serveur dedans ?

oui si tu veux être restrictif.
classiquement cela va être un "v=spf1 redirect=_spf.google.com" pour ce qui concerne google.
Pour être plus strict sur les ips de google tu peux en fait mettre un "v=spf1 ip4:216.239.32.0/19 ip4:64.233.160.0/19 ip4:66.249.80.0/20 ip4:72.14.192.0/18 ip4:209.85.128.0/17 ip4:66.102.0.0/20 ip4:74.125.0.0/16 ip4:64.18.0.0/20 ip4:207.126.144.0/20 ip4:173.194.0.0/16 -all"
 ce qui te permet de rajouter également tes ips dernières. Par contre cela implique que tu vérifies régulièrement _spf.google.com :)
