ba j ai flashé hier en 1.09, sous windows, mon PC n avait pas rebooté depuis une semaine, j ai pris soin de rien du tout, j avais 5-6 appli qui tournaient, j ai juste balancé la sauce et ca s est super bien passé.

Oui, Haxel a eu des problèmes avec deux Verbatim Pastel sur son 2500@2510, il est revenu au 2.F8.

Moi je l'utilise le 2.F9 depuis 2 semaines (mais sur un 2510), sans soucis, même un léger mieux sous Nero CD/DVD Speed je trouve.
Il était dispo ici http://wesleytech.com/files/2510_2F9.exe et en hacké par Quikee sur cdfreaks.

Bon, j'ai un NEC DVD RW 2500A et j'ai bientôt plus de cheveux. Il est connecté en maître sur secondary ide (j'ai un lecteur dvd liteon sur le slave). Déjà il me cramait un dvd sur deux mais maintenant impossible que ce soit avec alcohol, nero ou pinacle. J'ai une erreur systématique :
Write Error lba 544: Length 16, Invalide Adress for Write (ça c'est avec alcohol). Avec NEro c'est plus laconique erreur scsi..

ps: j'ai le firmware d'origine 1.06.

Qqun sait ce qui se passe ?

Mets un bon media, le dernier firmware, le dernier Nero et verifie si DMA est activé .

Quand je lance nero info tool j'ai pas de DMA seulement Autorun On (dans l'onglet configuration) Pourtant dans le Bios du PC c'est activé.
Now, quand la gravure DVD+R fonctionne j'ai pas d'erreur mais rien sur le DVD.
La gravure CD fonctionne.

merci haxel. J'ai une carte nforce et j'ai du installé la couche aspi et le pack ultimepack, tjs pas de dma dans nero info tool mais maintenant ça marche nickel.

peripherique 0 --> ultra DMA 2

mode de transfere actif : non applicable

(disques durs 1 --> 40 Go pour le system et 1 --> 160Go pour les données et les 2 de marque seagate)

juste une question, actuellement quel est le meilleur firmware pour ce graveur car je suis resté avec mon vieux 107v2b4 (Herrie) et j'aimerai savoir si il y a mieux, par avance merci

A mon avis tu peux essayer le 2F.8 dérivé du Maddog par Quickie.
Nouvelles stratégies, double couche et Bitsetting Simple couche et Double Couche.

Le dernier c'est le 2F9 mais je ne peux t'en dire beaucoup car je ne l'ai pas beaucoup utilisé.

Help
J'ai un probleme de temps de gravage.
pour graver un dvd-r 8x nero m'affiche envion 8 minutes et je mes en réalité environ 23 minutes
et mon voisin avec le meme graveur et les meme dvd (memorex) met lui les 8 minutes annoncées et sa config est plus petite que la mienne

Y A T IL UNE RAISON

MA CONFIG :

P4 a 2400 Mhz
Bus speed 133 Mhz
Carte mere : Gigabyte GA-8STXCFS
Bios : Award 6.00 PG
Ram : 768 MB
Video : NVIDIA GEFORCE 4 MX420
graveur nec 2500a (firmeware 1.09)
win xp familiale avec pack sp 2
nero 6.6.0.8

Essaie de changer de firmware.
Je te recommande le 2.f8 adapté du Maddog clone de 2510 et adaptable au 2500.

Sérieusement, si tu mets 23 minutes, c'est que t'as demandé à graver en 2x, et voilà tout ! Change de média vierge, ou change de firmware !

MAIS :
Je demande a ce que NERO grave en 8X (11080 ko/s).
J'ai testé le graveur sur 2 autres pc et cela marche nickel
et j'ai testé comme média vierge quelques marques (VERBATIM, MEMOREX, PRINCO, PHILIPS, TDK) aussi bien en 4x et en 8x avec different type de format (+r et -r) et c'est toujours la même en 20 et 23 min
si tu as une idée donne moi une autre marque.

Tu ne sais pas commenr faire pour flasher ?

Sinon postes une copie du log de Nero (fichier Nerohistory.log dans le répertoire de Nero) après avoir enlevé ton nom et le n° de série du logiciel pour qu'on puisse y voir quelque chose.

Une remarque sur ce log : essaie de mettre le Nec 2500 en maître et le lecteur en esclave.

Il grave en dait en 4 X bien que tu aies mis 8X sur les dernières gravures.
Essaie de désactiver par le gestionnaire de tâches toutes les tâches de fond comme anti-virus etC;
Ce peut-être aussi le firmware.

Pour flasher au 2.F8 prebds ce fichier des Dangerous Brothers.
Dans le Zip choisis celui-ci
2510RPC1.EXE RPC1, 2100@2500 and Rip Lock Patches.
Flashes sous Windows en mode sans échec.

Depuis le 2.F8, les fw de Herrie n'apportent plus grand-chose amha. Je n'ai pas essayé le dernier toutefois.

Moi je trouve le dernier de Herrie vraiment sympa. Maintenant, il est vrai que je n'ai pas encore fini de tester à fond...j'ai pas vraiment eu le temps ces derniers temps. En tout cas chez moi il fonctionne bien ! Maintenant, y'a aussi le 2F9 de MadDog.

je possède un Nec 2500A et mon problème est le suivant :
Il ne reconnait pas les cd de + 700 Mo ! ni les dvd ( pourtant il les lit ) , j'ai déjà mis jour le dernier firmware (1.09)

Bonsoir,

ça fait quelques mois dejà que j'utilise ce graveur, et j'en suis satisfait dans son utilisation premiere, càd Gravure de DVD, et lecture, avec des Ritek G04.

Cependant j'ai un souci qui à la longue me gonfle un peu: l'extraction audio. J'utilise EAC depuis 2-3 ans pour sauvegarder mes CD audios, et autant avant avec un graveur TEAC ça allait nickel, autant avec le NEC c'est la catastrophe Surtout lorsque je m'attaque à des CD ayant un peu vécus :whistle:

Vous avez aussi ce problème, une MAJ de Firmware quelconque pourrait changer ça ? Ou alors c'est matériel ?

Bah à mon avis, ça vient du matériel...mais c'est normal. Enfin, je veux dire par là que le Nec 2500 n'est pas réputé pour être un bon lecteur. Donc, il est probablement moins bon en lecture que ton ancien Teac...tu peux pas utiliser le Teac pour l'extraction audio et le Nec pour la gravure ?

C'est ce que je fait Mais je n'ai que 4 connecteurs pour disques/lecteurs, et avec 3 DD et 2 graveurs ça coince

Du coup je suis obligé de jongler avec les nappes Enfin y'a pire. Tant que le NEC continuera à faire de belles gravures, ça ira.
