Il te faut un site perso avec PHP/mySQL, puis tu télécharges et installes PHP Tracker.
Extrait du Readme de PHP Tracker:

Ca vous dirait pas plutot un upload progressif sur des ftp free (genre 1/jour)? :o ou plus si on me fournit les comptes

apparemment avec azureus et consors on peut utiliser du DNS dyn, mais là amon avis fo s'accrocher pour que ça marche  :D

Sinon, pour le tracker tu peux toujours passer par des sites spécialisés dans les torrents, mais tu risques d'avoir plus de monde que prévu!!! Mais bon, tu uploaderas l'intégralité du fichier une fois, qu'il y ait beaucoup de monde ou pas...

le 30 day trial c'est pour le mpg2, apres 30 jour tu poura seulement encoder en mpg1
