(je rigoles pas. Dans les annees passées , les rapports sur les trucs de surveillance disaient tous la meme chose : il y a tout le matériel nécessaire mais presque personne pour regarder... + au bout d'un moment, du matériel tombe en panne et il n'y a pas de budget pour le remplacer)
