    Hey Punks!
 
    The second ever trading day in BrewDog will take place on Wednesday 19th October. This is an opportunity for you to sell and buy more shares in BrewDog PLC. If you are interested in participating, please have a read through the below:
 
    The Buying and Selling Process:
 
    All UK Equity Punks MUST open an account with The Share Centre (www.share.com) prior to the auction. All buyers will be required to deposit sufficient funds and all sellers must return a signed CREST transfer form and their share certificate to The Share Centre before the close of the auction on the 19th October. Overseas Equity Punks should contact Asset Match directly.
 
    Please note, your shareholder certificate can be a scanned electronic copy but the CREST form needs a ‘wet’ signature i.e. a physical copy posted to The Share Centre.
 
    The pre-auction period is open for one day, and Equity Punks can provide orders to The Share Centre between 10am and 4pm on 18th October 2016.
 
    On the auction date, 19th October 2016, the order book will be displayed so you can see the full depth of the market and whether an indicative price has been derived.
 
    How to Access Your Shareholder Certificate:
 
    Your shareholder certificate is held online on Computershare's Investor Centre. Computershare are the legal registrars for your shares.
 
    In order to access it, you'll need to register an account on the Investor Centre, you can do so by following this link: https://www-uk.computershare.com/in [...] ration.asp
 
    To register your account, you will need your shareholder number and your Postcode (if within the UK) or domicile Country to hand.
 
    By registering this will trigger an activation code sent by post, this can take up to five days. Once you have the activation code you can complete the registration and access your certificate via the 'My Documents' section.
 
    Asset Match Auction Timeline:
 
    To participate in the trading platform, please follow the steps below.
 
    1. Account opening: All Equity Punks participating will need to open an account with The Share Centre.
 
    a. For all buyers this can be done online at www.share.com. There is an ‘open account’ button on the top of the right hand side of the page.
 
    b. If you are a seller the account opening form is available on the BrewDog page of the Asset Match website. You will also need to send your share certificate to The Share Centre. If you do not have your share certificate a copy can be obtained through the Computershare Investor Centre (https://www-uk.computershare.com/investor/registration.asp). If you have not previously registered, you will need to do so and this process can take up to one week.
 
    2. Pre-­Auction (18th October 2016): You must call The Share Centre (01296 41 42 43) with your expression of interest for inclusion in the auction, you cannot email, only calls via telephone will be accepted, stating:
 
    a. Your account/customer number;
 
    b. Whether you are a buyer or a seller;
 
    c. The number of shares you wish to buy or sell and the limit price per share;
 
    3. Auction (19th October 2016): The auction opens at 10am and closes at 3pm on Wednesday 19th October, after which no further orders can be included in the auction. Please note you can amend your instruction on this day by following the steps above. At auction close, and based on expressions of interest received, and whether an indicative price has been derived, auction participants can contact The Share Centre to confirm whether they have been successful.
 
    4. Post­-Auction: Successful auction participants will be notified by The Share Centre. All buyers will automatically be included in the BrewDog share register. Sellers will be able to access the proceeds of their sale within 3 business days of the auction close.
