j'ai un doute et donc je pose la question:
Est-ce qu'une Livebox (premier modele 1.0) peut synchro a plus de 10000Kb ?

Oui. J'ai une Livebox Sagem, je synchro à 14Mb (14960 Kb/s), et là où j'habitais avant j'étais synchro à 18Mb.
La preuve via telnet (login : root / mdp : 1234 par défaut / puis tu tapes adsl puis mon)
