Ca dépend de ce que tu appelles une IHM, si une IHM c'est des zoulies fenêtres windows/GTK/X11/Motif/Autre, alors oui
 
Avec tktinker (enfin un truc du style) pour le basique et facile, et wxPython pour le puissant et facile

bein ihm ça veut bien dire ce que ça veut dire:p... wxPython ça semble pas mal...

compare à d'autres solutions comme Ilog et on en reparle [:kaola]
