Sur mon pc sous windows 10, je suis victime d'un ransomware virus "7q0k9v-readme.txt"
j'ai essayé les logiciels ZHP Cleaner de nicolas Coolman puis ADW Cleaner mais rien à faire, il est toujours là
 
Avez vous svp un conseil pour que je me débarrasse de ce virus ?

mauvaise section, ici c'est le matériel, il y a une section logiciel (software)/securité/virus, mais bon il n'y a plus vraiment de helpers (tu peux toujours tester), éventuellement sur Cnet France, rubrique désinfection.
