Bonjoru à tous,
 
sur un PC (windows 7 pro x64) au boulot je doit installer internet explorer 11, mais celui-ci ne veut pas s’installer car il manque les prerequis

Comme indiquer dans le fichier log IE_11main.log , il manque des MAJ et il doit les télécharger et les installer.
 
Mais comme on peut le voir dans le fichier de log il n'arrive pas à l'installer.
 
J'ai tenter de les installer manuellement mais  j'ai le message Windows "la mise à jour ne s'applique pas à votre ordinateur"

Je n'arrive pas à trouver d’où vient le problème.
 
- J'ai testé le fix de windowsupdate
- System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821)  deja essayé.
- SFC /scannow fait
 
J'ai télécharger beaucoup de KB pour essayer de résoudre le problème, mais a chaque (essai) installation de KB  j'ai toujours "la mise à jour ne s'applique pas à votre ordinateur"
 
Et la je tourne en rond je sais pas quoi essayer de plus.
 
Auriez-vous des piste pour résoudre ce probleme. ou d'autre fichier de log pour essayer de comprendre le problème je suis preneur

a priori y a un truc qui peut pas agir dans "C:\Windows\Temp" Tu peux écrire dedans ? Y a d'autre fichiers avec ?
T'as comparé les droits du dossier avec un autre système sur lequel ça fonctionne ?

Je pense pas que ca soit car quelque soit la mise à jour que je veux installer il me dit que la mise à n'est pas pour l'ordinateur. (ca saurait un probleme de droit j'aura un message qui va dans ce sens non ?)

perso, pour les problèmes d'install de kb, je préfère le windows\windowsupdate.log
Que raconte-il ?

mais c'est vraiment bizarre que je ne puisse installer aucune mise à jour meme en manuel, non ?

Est-ce qu'il  y a un moins en ligne de commande de lister les mise à jour installé pour winodws (pas celle de Office) car depuis windows update ==> mise a  jour installé je ne vois aucune MAJ :'(

je fait Get-Hotfix rien ne s'affiche
 
avec cette commande: wmic qfe list

Tu as peut-être une installation précédente qui traine ?  
 
essaye de forcer la suppression avec  ça

Je vais regarder avec ta ligne de commande.

Par contre sur le poste il y a internet explorer 9 d'installer et impossible de le  retrouver pour le désinstaller..... c'est vraiment etrange
