J'ai déjà utilisé memtest86 ainsi que l'outil windows -> aucune erreur n'est apparue.
Concernant les "freeze", cela ne vient que lorsque je regarde une vidéo, joue, travaille sur word/adobe.
Je m'explique, lorsque je suis sur l'ordinateur et que je navigue que sur une page internet, le pc ne freeze pas. Dès que j'ouvre deux vidéos, il va freeze obligatoirement à un moment...
Par ailleurs, j'ai eu ce problème sous windows 7 et windows 10....
