bonjour

depuis 1 mois je peux plus de mise a jour de windows xp

sa me marque que il faut activer windows update alors que c est deja activer

j ai le sp2

les mise a jour sont active

ma lisence est valide

et quand je vais sur update windows sa me marque ca

Les fichiers nécessaires à l'utilisation de Windows Update ne sont plus inscrits dans le Registre ou installés sur votre ordinateur

si je trouve pas de solution je formate windows  
car la sa m embete de pas avoir les dernier mise a jour

Avant de formater, tentes cette manip:
 
Vas sur Démarrer\Exécuter et tape les lignes suivantes
(une à une en prenant soin de faire OK ou Entrée pour chaque) :  
 
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll  
regsvr32 jscript.dll  
regsvr32 vbscript.dll  
regsvr32 msxml.dll  
regsvr32 softpub.dll  
regsvr32 wintrust.dll

Peux-tu nous dire ce que tu as dans :
1) Windowsupdate.log (qui se trouve dans ton repertoire Windows)
2) les journaux d'evenements applis et systeme lorsque tu lances un update?

 
 
 
ou se situe le fichier windowsupdate.log car moi je le trouve pas

dans le repertoire Windows, comme je l'ai dit
%windir/windowsupdate.log
 
et n'oublie pas les journaux d'evenements

Va dans panneau de configuration, Outils d'administration, Services, puis chercher la ligne Mises à jour automatiques, voir si le service est démarré. Si pas démarré, bouton droit, puis faire Démarrer.

Ré installation a partir du CD d'xp, c'est pas un formatage et tu ne perdra pas tes données, c'est juste un genre de Mise à jour sauf que biensur dans ton cas ca te fera revenir a une version précédente des fichiers présent dans windows mais c'est pas grave si ca règle le problème tu les remets à jours après.
