Bonjour,
 
J'ai actuellement un PC acer portable sous vista qui a déjà plus de 6 ans. En ce moment il m'est impossible de desinstaler/installer un programme car l'UC monte direct a 100%. Je ne peux même pas faire un scanne Ccleaner... Pourtant, après une analyse complète de Malwarebytes (a jour), aucune menaces n'est détectées....
De plus il m'est impossible de me connecter a internet:
-Wifi : réseaux reconnue, connecté mais impossible de naviguer sur internet....
-filaire : aucune trace de réseaux....
 
 
Pour information: mon pc est défragmenté, scanné avec MalwareByte, disque dure remplie a 30%, ma wifi fonctionne très bien avec les autres PC/téléphones portables.
 
Merci par avance de votre aide car j'avoue que là j'y ais passé déjà plusieurs heures aujourd’hui et je n'est plus d'idée.

 
Puisque du cote software tout est ok, il faut donc aller voir coté hardware
 
Il a 6 ans donc : poussières, encrassé, etc, peut etre pate thermique à remettre,  ventilo qui est fatigué,... tout est possible

Vous êtes sure qu'un scanne de Malwarebytes est suffisant? Cela explique aussi la connexion internet? Pour l'UC, il fait du "yoyo", je n'y touche pas et il peut varié de 5% a 100% ....
 
Je sais que Hijackthis permet de voir si il y a une infection (déjà eu a m'en servir avec l'aide d'une personne de ce forum pour un autre PC), voici le rapport:

Tu t'inscris, tu exposes ton pb et tu seras pris en charge jusqu'à ce que ton PC soit désinfecté si il l'est (perso pas le temps de lancer l'analyse hijacthis, -les logs ne sont pas autorisés sur le forum - l'est tard et dodo)
