le DCVS le plus abouti actuellement pour travailler en parallèle d'un repository SVN c'est quoi actuellement ? git ?

Probablement git+git-svn oui. Normalement hg+hgsubversion fonctionne relativement bien, donc tu peux test (surtout si t'es pas fan de git), mais c'est pas considéré "production ready" par son auteur.

A quoi ca sert ? Puisqu'on peut voir les films / reportages / séries qu'on veut quand on veut via le net ?

Yep vous connaissez le nom de la lib curse ou ncurse qui permet d'afficher une barre de progression bleu sur fond rouge sous Gnu/Linux ? Thx.
