During our recent move from October 3rd thru October 6th we have encountered several serious issues which prevent us from generating in-house invoices. Our main Raid 1 array apparently took a beating during the move and is no longer operational. Also our phone and internet connections have still not been transferred to our new location. As a result until the new in-house order processing server is restored all technical support, international correspondance and RMA support are on hold until we can restore our old data.
