Just got my A64 3200+ 90nm S939 CPU from fedex.
 
Popped the CPU into my MSI K8N Neo2 m/b. First thing to note about the CPU is that the default voltage on the cpu is 1.4V. So when you set your voltage to 1.6V on the m/b for example, the actual voltage used by the m/b is actually 1.5V (or default + 0.1V).
 
This CPU seems to run quite cool and responds very well to extra voltage. I'm running it @ 10X250FSB with 1.80V (1.70V actual). I think that it could probably go higher, but the maximum voltage from the m/b adjustment is 1.85V... I needed 1.80V in m/b to make it 3D stable w/ 3DMark2K3. Temp was only 44C Load/32C Idle. RAM is 2.5-3-3-10 @ 1T with my 1GB Crucial 3200XLPT (TCCD).
 
Hopefully, with a new m/b bios update from MSI, they would fix the Voltage with 90nm CPU, where default is 1.4V. Then I would be able to pump 1.85V actual into the cpu, and maybe run this baby at 10x260 @ 2600Mhz.

c'est bizarre, le proco a l'air plus stable en desynchro qu'en synchro, et la ram c'est de la pc4000
