I bought a new ACER ASP 5920G series notebook with Windows Vista Premium version. I would like to partition my HD into more as I have only 2 HDD's currently. Could some one help me how to do that without affecting the system. Any softwares for free compatible with Vista???

you can go to control panel/administrative tools/computer management/disk management you might be able to split logical drive. But to change C you need a special software like partition magic which is not free.
