Salut,
J'ai une carte TV PV878P+ de marque proview .
Elle est bien vu par lspci. D'ailleurs, les modules suivants se sont chargés:

Je suis sur une mandrake 9.2 et l'utilitaire de drakconf conscré à la carte tV ne parvient pas à me détecter la moindre chaine...
Pourtant la carte et l'antenne fonctionne puisque si je reboote sous Win tout fonctionne.
Par ailleurs, si je force le canal, sur un canal ou il y a normalment une chaine, xawtv m'affiche une espèce de "neige" sur toute l'image.

Avez vous une piste pour que je pousse plus loin mes investigations ?

Oui. Pas la même carte. C'est une Winfast TV Expert sur une Mdk9.2 mais le soucis est le même.

J'ai d'ailleurs pas accroché à Linux à cause de ça. (oups, désolé) J'ai pas le temps de faire des bidouilles, d'apprendre l'intérieur de la mécanique. Donc je continue à suivre avec grand intérêt les évolutions de ce petit monde pour y revenir dès que ça sera accessible à mon niveau (C'est à dire du clique boutons quasi exclusivement) et à l'occasion d'un week-end libre. Parce qu'en ce moment c'est la saison du ski donc c'est pas évident.

Le driver voit un tuner de type 25.

Y'a un blème avec ton tuner et les bttv.
Il veut que ce soit un tuner LG.

Bon apparement le paramètre tuner=24, il faut le donnert à bttv et pas à tuner.
mon modules.conf est maintenant ainsi:

Meme probleme avec un Winfast TV2000 sous Slackware 9.1 ...
Tuner detecté mais impossible de detecter la moindre chaine.. C'est lourd

Après vérif c'est 70 . Mais ca change rien. C'est parce que j'avais testé les deux dans le doute. Mais sur le PCB s'est marqué PV-878P+ (Rev 4C).

Il faut souvent rajouter "pll=1" quand on charge le module bttv:

Pour info ma carte est en fait une Prolink Pixelview PV-BT848P+
Sur le PCB j'ai la sérigraphie suivante:

Ca correspond a coi comme numéro de carte ??? Cette révision n'est pas explicitement dans la liste des cartes.

T'as essayée un autre modèle de carte de la même marque dans le modules.conf à tout hasard et sans l'option du type de carte ?

J'ai trouvé des témoignages de gars pour qui ca ùarchait en forcant card=72... Par contre ces des ricains et ils ont pas le même tuner...
Ce qui me frustre c'est que ca marchait à la précédente installation...
Je teste un peut tous les numéros de carte là....

- La PLL, ca correspond bien à la fréquence du crystal qui est sur ma carte ?

- Y a t-il un site ou je peux trouver les fréquences de toutes les chaines sur les différents émetteurs TV en France ?

Bon alors; pour le moment j'ai ca comme config dans modules.conf:

Et j'ai configuré à la main le fichier .xawtv pour avoir les canaux de mon emeteur TV (trouvé sur le site du CSA: http://www.csa.fr/infos/operateurs/sites_tableau.php)

Dans xawtv j'ai une image; mais elle est complètement distordue... De couleur bizarre (un peu de rose de violet) ; On dirait que les personbnages sont penchés et coupés en tranche et les couleurs sont comme en négatif. Je vous ferais bien un screenshots. mais j'ai l'impression que ksnapshots ne récupère pas ce qui s'affiche en overlay. [ Je suis complètement con je viens de penser qu'il y avais une fonction pour çà dans xawtv)
