  * vektor: Add a PAL-I setting to the BG/DK/I mess.  This is required
      to work around limitations of the cx88 driver.
  * vektor: Update the Channel config file parameter as the channel

  * vektor: Add a new config option, SquarePixels.  By default, tvtime
      will now assume that the output device is square pixel, since
