salut
jme suis installé une xubuntu (base : breezy)
le probleme c'est que ma fréquence ne dépasse pas les 60Hz
mon vieux 15" est pourtant capable d'afficher du 72Hz en 1024 et c'est ce que je voudrais
 
alors j'ai aussi pris soin d'installer les drivers nvidia mais ça ne change rien

Regarde à la ligne 75 de ton fichier de config, tu as écrit :
"VertRefresh    43-60". Cela veut dire que ton moniteur ne montera pas plus haut que 60Hz! Spécifie quelque chose comme 43-72 (suivant les spec de ton moniteur), redémare le serveur x. Cela devrait suffire pour soulager tes nieuzes :)

j'ai essayé de mettre 72 à la place de 60 mais ça fonctionne uniquement pour les résolutions inférieures à 1024
on est po loin du but :)

mets 16 au lieu de 24 à la ligne 82.
tu va reduire un peu le nombre de couleurs, mais tu verras
pas de différence et tu va pouvoir libérer un peu de ram,
pour faire plus que du 800x600

Consultes les catacteristiques de ecran sur le site du constructeur.

@memaster62 : ok j'ai testé, en effet je passe bien en 16bits mais ma résolution 1024 était toujours en 60Hz
@Homer_Simp : H Freq/ V Freq: 31-60 / 50-115

maintenant ça marche  :sol: en 75Hz !  j'aurais plus mal aux yeux grace à vous  :ouch:
