Satoru Iwata Talks More Revolution
 
The Nintendo President gives some post-GDC input on their future console.
In an interview with Japanese weekly Nikkei Business, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata gave further insight on their upcoming Revolution console.
 
Translated by Gamespot, the interview was Iwata's first media commentary since his well received Keynote address at the Game Developers Conference earlier this month.
 
Iwata reiterated what he had stated back in his Keynote, that the Revolution will help lower the costs of development at a time when game production costs are continuously increasing. One of the reason's Nintendo will achieve this is due to the Revolution using the same application program interfaces (APIs) as the Nintendo GameCube.
 
Iwata then went on to talk about his view on current videogame control schemes and hardware. Stating that, "controllers for current consoles have more than doubled [in complexity] from older consoles. They may satisfy the hardcore gamers, but they've become too difficult for more casual gamers." When describing the interface device for the Revolution, Iwata talked about it more as a "user-interface" rather than a "controller".
 
"For the next-generation console, we plan to introduce a friendly user interface so that, for example, a mother who's watching her child playing a game might say, 'Oh, I'd like to try that too.' However, user interfaces are devices that can be easily imitated by other companies, so I can't reveal any details right now," stated Iwata.
 
Iwata then went on to reiterate that the Revolution will indeed have a wireless LAN capability. Iwata stated that this capability would be implemented using the Nintendo DS as an example. Stating that, "The next-generation console will follow along that same line as the DS [for wireless LAN]. The ideal is for users to be able to connect to the Internet without having to think about it."
 
Nintendo is expected to reveal much more information on the Revolution at the upcoming E3 trade event. The Advanced Media Network will be on-hand for the expo and especially Nintendo's own press conference so stay tuned for more.

oui mais bon y'a le PES 4 sur les autres consoles avec effectif à jour , il a 2 ans le winning eleven 6. Quand tu goutes à PES 4 tu peux plus jouer à PES2
