J'ai récemment acheter un clavier k95 rgb, malheuresement celui-ci a deux leds qui sont mortes. J'ai donc décidé de faire une réclamation d'échange au Sav Corsair et celui- ci m'a répondu avec ce message : "My apologies for the inconvenience.
Please attach a copy of your purchase invoice/receipt in the attachment section below for warranty reference. Please log in to your account and attach the receipt there. Please be sure to leave a Note when you upload the receipt/invoice.
In the event that we may have to RMA the item, please also specify whether or you would like to do a Standard RMA or Express RMA.
The Standard RMA process will have you ship your item to Corsair. We will then ship out a replacement to you as soon as we have received and processed the defective unit.
We also have an Express RMA option available where Corsair will ship your replacement prior to the return of your defective unit. There will be a collateral charge placed on your Credit Card account that will be refunded on successful return of your defective product. The returning defective product must be valid under the regulations outlined on our warranty page: http://www.corsair.com/warranty.
If you do not specify which method the default replacement type will be Standard.
