J'éspère vraiment que l'un de vous trouvera la solution miracle à mon problème, car personnellement j'ai tout essayé... Mon PC, un Acer 7530g, devenait incroyablement lent sous vista 32bits, j'ai formaté la bestiole et suis passé à seven 32bits. J'ai bien sûr installé tout les drivers appropriés sur le site d'Acer juste après, et me suis équipé en antivirus et firewall : j'utilise antivir pour l'antivirus et comodo pour le firewall uniquement.  
 
Seulement voilà, maintenant il est plutôt performant en terme d'utilisation software, mais niveau vidéo ça bloque encore vraiment : impossible de regarder une vidéo dailymotion en plein écran sans un lag vraiment insupportable, je dois me contenter d'une petite fenêtre si je veux suivre la vidéo... C'est quand même la moindre des choses sur un pc qui possède cette config de lire une vidéo en streaming sans lag !  
 
Les scans Antivir, Spybot et Ccleaner n'ont rien donné de mauvais. Ne sachant pas interpréter le Hijackthis je vous le copie :

Finalement une piste pourrait être que ce pc possède un système de carte graphique étrange, le gestionnaire de périphérique me détecte en effet deux cartes graphiques : la Geforce 9100 M G et la 9600 M GS . Sa config complète est :
