Une fois j'ai posé une question par message privé à un mec sur feu Twitter.
Je lui ai demandé s'il avait pris le contrôle manuel du véhicule.
 
Surpris je fus de voir qu'il m'avait répondu qu'il "pouvait le faire mais qu'il n'avait pas eu besoin de le faire"
 
Ce mec c'était Jared Isaacman, l'actuel directeur de la NASA, une semaine après sa mission Inspiration4.  [:clooney15]

Déjà le blabla habituel du commentateur au moment du lancement me gonfle prodigieusement : "And we have lift-off, un lancement qui va changer l'humanité, vaincre le cancer, et voir le retour de l'être aimé"
Mais alors quand c'est le Flight Director qui s'y met (à la fin de son dernier "Go/No-Go" call à T-10 minutes), c'est vraiment n'importe quoi. T'es là pour lancer une fusée, pas pour faire des phrases
Chris Kraft ou Gene Kranz n'auraient pas laissé passer ce genre de conneries "OK, keep the chatter down in this room"
 
Et tout ça pour foirer ta réalisation du lancement au final en plus

Il y a un peu d'ironie au fait que ce soit la SLS qui amène des gens faire le tour de la Lune avec le bon vieux mode de fonctionnement de la NASA.

 

Spacex avait vendu des tickets en 2017.
