Ce sont des vaches de race Gascogne que j’ai rencontrées hier sur ma route. J’ai discuté avec l’agriculteur. Par contre je n’ai pas pensé à lui demander l’autorisation de les publier. Je me demande s’il y a un droit à l’image pour les animaux de ferme..
 
Édit: A priori, il n’y aurait pas de droit à l’image pour les animaux, ils sont considérés en matière de droit comme des « objets »
 
Sur l’image, on peut voir à droite une vache, à gauche un bœuf et à l’arrière plan la leader du troupeau, qui surveille ce qu’il se passe.

Les différents procès qu'a perdus la SNCF responsable de la mort d'animaux (comme un chat) ou d'individus coupables de violence contre les animaux de "compagnie", indiquent les animaux ne sont pas ou plus des objets.
Mais leur "droit à l'image" est en effet un sujet intéressant pour la réflexion.  [:cerveau paysan]
