I have also had the same problem, which arose about one week ago.
 
I downloaded a 30-day free trial of "Trojan Remover", which identified (among other malware which was infesting my computer) a programme named SystemServ32.exe (if you Google it, you will learn all about it).
 
After running Trojan Remover, the problem has disappeared -- so I shall probably buy T-R when the 30-day trial expires.
 
The big question for me is how the malware got on to my XP Pro system.  I always install Windows Update within an hour or two of notification, and I run reputable firewall and anti-virus programmes.
