Même constat chez moi : avec certains logiciels "polyvalents", la réparation générait des artefacts. Je crois savoir pourquoi et comment y remédier -même avec ces logiciels- mais il est sans intérêt d'entrer ici dans les détails.
La méthode que j'ai finalement employée n'est pas un mystère. Et elle est vraiment simple. Je l'ai exposée en détails une poignée de posts plus haut. A l'intention d'autres personnes qui se trouveraient dans la même situation que toi. C'est le but d'un forum.
De plus contrairement à d'autres cas plus délicats de vidéos très corrompues, dans ton cas la vidéo de référence n'a même pas été utile (c'est rare !).
Le logiciel gratuit djifix a fait 90% du travail en une seule commande (durée de l'opération =~ 1mn).

J'ai tourné avec une caméra SONY FDR AX53 en 4K (3840X2160). J'ai voulu changer la batterie trop rapidement et lorsque j'ai inséré la nouvelle batterie, la caméra m'a indiqué un message d'erreur en me proposant de restaurer les données. J'ai dit ok.
Au moment où j'ai déchargé la carte SD, tout est physiquement sur la carte. Mais j'ai un fichier MP4 (35G, car représente 43' environ) qui reste illisible. Les autres fichiers sont lisibles et ne posent aucun problème. Ca fait 3 jours que je cherche désespérément à réparer ce fichier. J'ai acheté le logiciel Video Repair de Grau GmbH.  
Ca fonctionne dans le sens où il se passe bien quelque chose au moment où je scanne mais le résultat n'est jamais bon. Soit j'ai un écran vert, soit je vois mon image mais elle saute puis s'arrête.
Bref, j'ai testé avec différents paramètres dans les options, je n'arrive pas à obtenir une vidéo nickel. Je leur ai écrit mais pour l'instant pas de réponse. A priori, cette caméra est supportée par le logiciel car j'ai fait un test en testant un fichier qui fonctionne (ce qu'ils préconisaient).
J'ai vu que labernee avait eu un problème similaire au mien avec une AX100, s'il pouvait me donner les réglages miracles, ça me sauverait.
Ou si quelqu'un peut m'aider ... ma dernière solution est de passer par une boite basée en Espagne et qui me fait payer 199$, le résultat est bon mais je n'ai pas ce budget.
 
Je suis monteuse et évidemment ce plan est indispensable au montage que je dois faire pour la semaine prochaine.

Pour essayer de mon côté de voir ce que ça donne avec Video Repair (de Grau GmbH), il faudrait que je dispose du fichier MP4 concerné, plus une vidéo de référence saine. Donc 35 Go minimum (+ la vidéo de référence) à se transférer via internet. J'ai la fibre, donc pour moi le débit n'est pas vraiment un souci. Mais j'ignore ce qu'il en est de ton côté ?
Par ailleurs & surtout, je n'aurai pas la possibilité/disponibilité pour commencer quoi que ce soit avant lundi. A toi de de dire si ça vaut encore le coup par rapport à tes délais, ou pas ?

j'ai executer hxd j'ai bien des chiffres different partout, juste aux debut j'ai des zero….peut être car l'image était fixe sans aucun mouvement.
mon fichier video est en XAVC S 1920 par 1080 25i/s, sa taille est de 27giga.
j'ai une deuxième video de 12 giga, la fin du spectacle qui elle est intacte, je m'en suis servi pour essayer de récupérer avec le logiciel video repair tool et quelque réglage, mais pas réussi a avoir encore un résultat,
je continu mais essais mais suis preneur de toute l'aide possible car la je suis bien embêter pour les gamins.

Tu dis : "pas réussi a avoir encore un résultat". Peux-tu préciser ? Quels sont les messages d'erreur ?
> Le logiciel Grau video repair crée systématiquement un/des log(s) (~ journal des opérations) à chaque fois qu'il est exécuté, que la réparation soit réussie ou pas. Pour que l'on puisse essayer de comprendre ce qui se passe chez toi, il faudrait que tu copies le contenu de ce log et que tu le colles dans ton prochain post.

Ben... Au vu des logs il y a du matériau récupérable. Mais comme tu le constates la qualité n'est pas toujours optimale. Et parfois ce logiciel ne peut pas faire mieux que réparer la vidéo de manière incomplète. Avec des artefacts qui restent...
Je ne peux pas lister ou suggérer des réglages précis sans la vidéo entre les mains. Visiblement tu as toi-même testé pas mal de réglages. J'imagine que tu as lu attentivement toutes les suggestions proposées sur l'aide en ligne de Grau video repair ?
Le seul "conseil" que je me permettrais : saisir un max de valeurs de réglages en manuel plutôt que de les laisser en "automatique". Par exemple le framerate (fréquence d'images), etc.
 
Sinon tu peux tester d'autres logiciels. Il y en a notamment un autre, gratuit, qui fonctionne sur le même principe, c'est recover_mp4 : https://www.videohelp.com/software/recover-mp4-to-h264
Par contre, il s'utilise en ligne de commande. Mais le manuel d'utilisation est bien fait. Il suffit de lire attentivement les instructions et de les suivre.

j'ai essayer de suivre les instruction que tu a mis ici et celle du site web du logiciel, mais je ne comprend pas trop les manipe que je fais ,ces plus ou moins la chance dans les reglages qui ma donner se resultat.
je vais essayer aussi le logiciel gratuit que ta mis en liens.
et je me suis appercu que le son est décalé a fur et a mesure que la video avance.
j'ai bien mis le bon nombre d'image /s en manuel.
je peux t'envoyer une parti de la video corrompu 1 giga et 1 giga de video operationnel et voir si tu arrive a un meilleur resultat que moi?pour avoir ensuite les reglage a metre chez moi? si cela ne te derange pas biensur.

Cela ne me dérangerait pas. Mais il y a un problème. C'est que tu risques de ne pas pouvoir découper "proprement" la vidéo corrompue. Justement parce qu'elle est corrompue. Et même si tu y arrivais, ça modifierait une vidéo dont la structure n'était déjà pas saine (puisque corrompue !). Ce qui compromettrait encore plus sa récupération.
Par conséquent, côté vidéo corrompue (27 Go !?), c'est tout ou rien. Et 27 Go, c'est quand même très volumineux...

J'écris ici en dernier recours, après avoir lu tout le fil de discussion et cherché toutes sortes de solutions sur internet.
 
Hier, j'ai enregistré plusieurs vidéos avec mon téléphone. Elles marchent toutes sans problème, excepté une : évidemment la plus importante.
 
Le fichier s'est bien enregistré, au format MP4, et la vidéo dure 37 minutes, donc bien le temps d'enregistrement. Mais lorsque je lance la vidéo, seules les deux premières secondes fonctionnent, puis l'image se bloque et reste figée pendant 35 minutes. Plusieurs choses sont suspectes : j'ai bien le son, mais pas l'image ; la vidéo pèse 74,5 Mo, donc largement moins que mes autres vidéos d'une durée similaire (qui tournent plutôt autour des 2Go), mais bien plus qu'une vidéo de 2 secondes (j'ai testé et ça pèse 7 Mo environ, mais j'imagine que c'est le son qui rajoute du poids). Rien ne s'est passé durant l'enregistrement qui justifie ce problème : j'ai la place sur la carte SD, le téléphone n'a pas bougé ...
 
J'ai essayé de réparer la vidéo avec VLC, avec un logiciel (Stellar Phoenix Video Repair) mais aussi avec le logiciel de Grau GmbH, pour avoir le même résultat à chaque fois : une mini-vidéo avec les fameuses 2 premières secondes.
 
Je commence à perdre l'espoir de récupérer jamais cette vidéo, je ne sais pas comment m'y prendre ...

74Mo pour 37 minutes de vidéo en qualité décente, c'est impossible. Même si tu arrivais à récupérer quelques frames de plus tu peux malheureusement oublier tout le reste. Et dans les 74Mo c'est très possible que la fin du fichier contiennent des données elles même inutilisables (des \0, etc).
Avant de réparer ce fichier-ci, commence par vérifier s'il n'y a pas plus à récupérer du support d'origine.

Je n'ai rien trouvé d'autre sur la carte SD ou sur le téléphone. J'imagine qu'il n'y a aucune chance que je récupère même quelques images ... si ça tombait sur les bonnes ça pourrait suffire, mais je ne sais pas comment faire.

Comme TotalRecall et toi-même (je cite "j'imagine que c'est le son qui rajoute du poids" ) l'avez déjà suggéré, à 74,5 Mo pour 37mn, c'est la piste audio qui fait le faible volume de ton fichier. Exceptées les 2 1ères secondes, la piste vidéo ne peut pas se trouver dans ce fichier. Donc la vidéo est irrécupérable, car absente du fichier.
Le dernier espoir consisterait à scanner la carte SD ou autre support de stockage du téléphone. Pas pour copier les fichiers déjà visibles. Plutôt analyser la carte SD (ou autre) avec un soft de récupération de données, dans l'hypothèse (infiniment peu vraisemblable) où la vidéo s'y trouverait, mais "invisible", incomplète et/ou corrompue... Cependant à mon avis c'est cuit, navré. Pour une raison que nous ignorons, ton smartphone s'est planté en enregistrant un fichier. En captant ou écrivant uniquement l'audio sur ta carte SD.

Bonjour, est-ce que vous pourriez me transmettre les réglages que vous avez fait pour récupérer le rush de labernee ? Je suis exactement dans la même situation (même format et  même façons d'abimer le rush) et mes essais via le logiciel Vidéo Repair tool s'avère infructueux. Mille mercis pour votre aide !!!! Alice

J'ai un problème de fichiers vidéos mp4 corrompus, tournés en XAVC S HD avec un sony A7S2 à 25 ips et 1/50, et que je n'arrive pas à ouvrir donc....ils pèsent 4Go et 2Go environ.

@alice alice : je ne me souviens plus des réglages. Le rush de labernee c'était en 2015 !...
Je crois les avoir indiqués à nouveau vers 2017 ou 2018. Dans un post de ce topic. A vérifier...
 
@anso007 : envoie-nous un lien permettant de télécharger le fichier mp4 de 2 Go déjà. PLUS un fichier de référence intègre, sain, filmé avec le MÊME appareil et les MÊMES réglages (= o-bli-ga-toire !).
Alors on verrait ce que l'on peut faire.

Même si ça fait prés de 4 ans que tu as sauvé labernee, et j'ai besoin d'aide aujourd'hui. J'ai filmé avec ma gopro il y a eu plusieurs fichiers entre photos et vidéo corrompus (méme les format photo ne sont pas lu) ce qui est bizarre puisque je n'ai fais que 2 vidéos. J'ai lancé le logiciel que tu as conseillé sur la vidéo la plus longue (le fichier mp4 le plus lourd environ 1.5Go). C'est encourageant mais je n'ai que 40 sec de vidéo sans le son.  
J'ai besoin d'aide svp.
