Les batch, c'était sous 6.22
 
Maintenant c'est VBS ;) :D
 
Et remplacer bash par vbs c'est plus dur :cry:

En fait il a réussi pour le service mais il a toujours un pb avec la priorité

bon désolé, l'abus de cygwin a fait fourcher ma langue : on ne parle en effet pas de bash mais de scripts windows : BAT donc (bcp moins sexy....)
Bon j'ai un peu avancé : donc, sous Win 2000 (et probablement les autres aussi), pour gérer les services dans un script :  
  net {start|stop|restart} "<nom_du_service>"
 
reste le pb de pouvoir changer la priorité d'un processus à partir de son nom, sachant qu'une seule instance de ce processus tourne

Je pense pas que changer la priorité d'un processus soit jouable en batch. Doit falloir passer par l'API de Windows et faire un truc en C/C++/C#/VB/Autre (précisez).

donc, nouvelle avancée. j'ai rien trouvé pour changer la priorité d'un process déjà lancé, mais par contre y a moyen de le lancer direct avec une priorité plus élevée. Il faut le lancer avec  
START /HIGH <chemin_complet_vers_le_prog_avec_nom_court>
(ex : START /HIGH  C:\Progra~1\Monprog\Monprog.exe)
 
Donc tous mes problèmes sont résolus, c'est la teuf.
 
merci à tous les gens qui m'ont aidé. le lien (http://www.beyondlogic.org/solutions/processutil/processutil.htm) est très intéressant, je n'ai pas testé (j'ai trouvé juste avant  ) mais ca a l'air bien (et gratuit !)
