depuis quelques jours mon ordinateur portable asus qui a 2ans, Lorsque je tape la touche majuscule çà me bloque l'ordinateur je suis obligé de forcer l'arrêt à chaque fois.  
 
Une idée? SVP

Tu as fait un scan antivirus ? Un scan antispyware ? Un CrystalDiskInfo ?

j'ai pensé a tout sauf à un virus, je fais cela et je reviens au nouvelles, merci de votre visite rapide

L'idéal serait de rebooter en mode sans echec (avec prise en charge du reseau) et d'executer un ComboFix :

A utiliser avec précaution tout de meme...
 
Mais c'est un outil tres puissant...
 
Apres un ComboFix, lance un scan antivirus et un scan antispyware pour etre certain qu'il ne reste rien.
