bonjour,
 
Utilisant actuellement une version RedHAt Enterprise Linux WS4.
 
Je souhaiterai connaitre la version de MAJ qui me permettrai de gerer le SATA car ca ne fonctionne pas avec WS 4.

c'es un peu trop vague ça... J'ai des serveurs Sun bas de gamme avec du sata (nvidia) et des workstation Dell et HP avec du sata (intel) et ça fonctionne bien avec l'update 3 et 4 de la RHEL4 (AS ou WS). Essai avec l'update 5 sinon
 
Quel est ton chipset SATA qui te pose des problemes ?

Visiblement tu ne connais pas trop comment fonctionne la RHEL, et tu aimes bien répondre aux questions par des questions. Soit...
 
Dans la série 4 de la RHEL (AS, ES, WS), on en est à l'update 5 (l'update 6 semble prévu pour la fin de l'année).
 
Dans la série 5 de la RHEL (Server, Client), il n'y a pas encore d'update.
 
Tu peux trouver tout ça sur le RHN de RedHat (https://rhn.redhat.com), auquel tu as accès si tu as des RHEL vu que c'est le seul moyen de la télécharger et d'avoir du support et l'accès aux patches

une fois que tu es connecté, tu as une image bleue sur la gauche avec marqué dessus "software downloads - click here". Tu cliques dessus et tu arrives sur une page avec une liste des differentes version de la redhat

La version ES n'est bien sur pas celle que je cherchait.

il faut que tu achetes une licence WS. D'un autre coté, dans la version WS, tu as pratiquement pareil que dans les ES/AS, les logiciels serveurs en moins
