Salut, depuis un petit moment j'ai des soucis de crashs (écran bleu) avec mon PC portable. J'ai déja passé un coup de CCleaner et supprimés tout les malwares détectés avec le logiciel Malwarebytes. Comme antivirus j'ai la version gratuite d'Avast, j'ai fait une analyse rapide + complète mais il n'a détecté aucun virus !
 
J'ai aussi le logiciel WhoCrashed et voici les 2 derniers crashs trouvés suite à une analyse.

Je précise aussi que sous mes 2 navigateurs internet (Firefox et Internet Explorer) plantes "à cessé de fonctionner" et quand je lance un jeu, au bout d'un moment ce coupe et me fait un retour Windows.

Je suis sous W7, tu crois que mes crashs proviennent d'Avast ?

Oui j'ai exactement la même erreur quand mon PC ce rallume "crash dump file: C:\windows\Minidump\111912-19562-01.dmp"

C'est possible qu'une mise à jour soit pas viable

En parlant de MAJ, je n'arrive même plus à installer des MAJ facultatives ou importantes avec Windows Update...

Je t'ai dis que ça venait de Avast ne cherche pas plus loin, installe un autre anti-virus, genre Avira ...
 
PS : Les UP sont un peu abusés les gens ont une vie !  

J'ai désinstallé Avast, j'attend de voir si les crashs reviennent mais je doute que sa provienne de cette anti-virus en sachant que j'avais télécharger la version gratuite sur le site officiel d'Avast. Donc on peux même chopper une merde en téléchargeant une version officielle ? Bizarre...
 
Pour les UP c'est parce-que d'autres sujets on était actualisés !

J'ai remis l'anti-virus de Microsoft Security et pendant la mise à jour, mon PC a re-crashé... C'est clean comme anti-virus Microsoft Security Essentials ?

Tu mélanges tout ... Moi aussi j'avais téléchargé la version gratuite, apparemment le logiciel rentre en conflit avec la mémoire vive, ce n'est pas un virus   . Installe Avira et puis basta

Pour l'instant pas de nouveau crash à détecté mais je n'arrive pas à télécharger 4 MAJ importantes et 2 facultatives avec Windows Update.

J'ai déjà eu ce cas sur Vista il fallait installer la SP1 et SP2 pour pouvoir installer certaines mises à jour

Le SP1 est déja installé sur mon PC
 
(Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer Image du bouton Démarrer, cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Ordinateur, puis cliquez sur Propriétés.
Si Service Pack 1 est indiqué sous Édition Windows , le SP1 est déjà installé sur votre ordinateur.)

A ma connaissance il n y a pas de SP2 sur Windows 7  

Dans un premier temps, tu fais une analyse antivirus et antispyware pour être sur que le problème ne vient pas de là.

Ensuite si il n’y a rien fait Démarrer => Exécuter et tape "cmd" et ensuite tape:
 del /q %SystemRoot%\System32\Catroot2\Edb.log et entrée

Normalement si tout se passe bien il ne te reste plus qu’à relancer les mises à jour qui devraient normalement s’installer.

Il me demande déja de faire les mises à jours mais quand mon PC ce rallume elle ce lance mais ne ce font pas entièrement...

Il faut que tu testes ta RAM avec Memtest86+. Si tu n'as pas d'erreur au bout de 12h de test, on passera à autre chose.

Je vous recontacte car j'ai toujours mon problème de crash (Memory management) qui crash par moment mais pas trop régulièrement !
