L'un ou l'autre... La différence serait que le tp-link a un port ethernet Gigabit, mais vu tes besoins, est-ce utile ? (l'autre cpl a un port ethernet à 100Mbit/s).  
A toi de voir...

Salut, ton NAS RN 102 me fait toujours de l'oeil
comme je n'en ai jamais eu je me permets de te poser quelques questions :
- ça se branche sur la box internet? du coup le débit de tranfert c'est celui de ta connexion internet?
- pour faire serveur DLNA ou Plex c'est simple à configurer?
- il peut recevoir 2 disques durs de 4To max c'est bien ça?
- peut-on dédier une partition à la sauvegarde et une autre non sauvegardée?

La capacité maximale doit être de 2*6To si j'en crois les spécifications sur le site netgear.  
 
Le Nas peut effectivement se brancher sur ta box qui te sert donc de routeur.  
La vitesse de transfert n'est pas celle de ta connection internet, mais de celle des ports rj45 de ta box. Viendra ensuite pour tes équipements clients,  la vitesse de leur liaison avec la box,  selon qu'ils sont connectés en direct, via cpl ou encore en wifi.  
 
Niveau serveur media, Plex est trop gourmand pour tourner correctement (l'encodage à la volée posera problème).  
Par contre pas de soucis en tant que serveur Dlna.  
 
Concernant tes besoins de partitionnement, je ne comprends pas trop ce que tu veux faire.

D'ici septembre, la fibre sera installé chez moi, du coup ce sera toujours aussi bon ou ce sera useless dès que je l'aurai ? :/

Dans ce cas, le tp-link me semble plus adapté et aura tout son intérêt lorsque tu auras la fibre.
