Existe-t-il un logiciel ou une astuce pour bloquer totalement l'accès à un site ? Je suis déjà aller voir dans les options de IE mais ça marche pas !!

Regarde dans Option Internet > Sécurité > Sites sensibles.
 
Sinon il existe des logiciels de contrôle parental.

J'avais déjà essayé et comme dis dans mon 1er topic ça n'a pas marché !
 
 
 

Lesquels ?

Si tu es sous windows 98/ME, édite ton fichier C:\WINDOWS\HOSTS (si tu n'en a pas, prends le fichier HOSTS.sam que tu renommes en HOSTS). Si tu es sous XP/2000, le fichier est dans C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC.
 
Tu l'édites avec notepad et tu ajoutes à la fin :
 
127.0.0.1     www.le-site-que-je-veux-interdire.com
 
Par exemple :
 
# Copyright (c) 1998 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP stack for Windows98
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
