merci a tous si vous avez une idée ou solution comment y remédiez car sous garantie jusqua 2014 il me font faire des restauration état usine sans arrêt toujours le même probleme

 
Tu as tous les éléments (meme si ton dump est minimaliste) dans ce que tu as posté
 
A première vue, c'est lié à la sortie de veille de tes USB (ou d'un périphérique qui se met en veille ou en sort)
 
0x9f (0x3,,,) = driver blocking an IRP for too long a time
 
Je ne sais comment est le bios des HP du moins de ton modèle (len général c'est minimaliste) mais tu peux t'amuser à virer tout ce qui est lié à l'économie d'"energie, puis ensuite dans windows aller dans les paramètres d'alimentation, aller dans le mode avancé, puis choisir ce qui est lié à l'USB  "Paramètre de la suspension sélective USB" et le mettre en désactivé  (ca affectera tous les ports USB et périphériques qui ne se mettront plus en veille)
