J'ai essayé d'expliquer plusieurs fois mon problème mais je ne devais pas être assez claire.Donc je vais essayer d'être plus claire.
 
Donc lorsque je lance ad-aware,il se bloque toujours dans le même fichier C:\volume information\_restore{86e11626-5203-4b6b-99a3-889...)au même moment mon antivirus (bitdefender 8 professional plus)me dit qu'il a bloqué un virus trojan du nom de swizzor.cb.
 
Lorsque je fais un scan (avec mon anti-virus) de mon ordi : aucun virus détecté,antivirus en ligne pareil,antivirus spécial trojan pareil...
 
A priori tout fonctionne normalement mais je ne peux plus me servir de ad-aware sans qu'il bloque et déclenche ce trojan.
 
Que dois-je faire...merci par avance

 
 
   
 
Fais ce Scan en ligne: Ravantivirus  (avec IE obligatoirement)  
 
Clique sur: << To continue without subscribing click here. >>, autorise l'installation du contrôle activeX, avec les options de sécurité par défaut. Pour appliquer ces paramètres :
 
-Ouvrir Internet Explorer --> Outils --> Options internet --> onglet "sécurité" --> Valide "niveau par défaut".
 
-Ouvrir Internet Explorer --> Outils --> Options internet --> onglet "avancé" --> valide "Paramètres par défaut".  
 
Attends que "Ready" s'affiche et coches la case "Autoclean"  
 
Clique sur "Scan my pc".  
 
Quand le Scan est terminé (çà peut être long), copie et colle le rapport.

Désolé Pow-wow de venir pollué ce post, mais pourquoi est-ce nécessaire de mettre le niveau par défaut...cela empêche t'il la détection de virus.
Je demande cela, car j'ai également un pb de virus (connexions actives alors que je ne suis pas sur IE - J'ai mis un post mais pour le moment pas grand chose   ) et je voudrais bien savoir si ce petit antivirus en ligne pourrait m'aider

Pour solutionner ton pb, fais ceci:
 
Clic droit sur poste de travail
Propriétés  > restauration du système
Cocher la case désactiver la restauration du système
Valider et redémarrer l’ordinateur
Activer la restauration en faisant la manip inverse.
 
Ensuite crée un nouveau point de restauration.
 
Fais un scan Ad-aware et regarde si ça fonctionne

Salut , je suis de loin un bon comme pow-wow et j'ai suivi de loin ton probleme luminelle et je me demandais juste pourquoi ca faisait ca exactement? Ce n'est vraiment pas habituel, est ce du a bitdefender qui est inneficace? Car il etait censé detecté ce virus c'est ca qui m'etonne... Ca reinstallation aurait changé quelque chose?  

 
 
Je ne pourrai pas vraiment répondre à ta question car tout le monde a pu s'apercevoir que je m'y connaissais pas trop.Par contre pour Bitdefender,c'est un bon antivirus, et il avait repéré le virus et même bloqué.Justement mon soucis c'est que tout marché normalement sauf mon anti spyware...pour plus d'info à mon avis,il faut que pow-wow te renseigne.

je ne suis pas expert mais il semblerait que le virus en question soit présent dans ton point de restauration, donc intouchable par ton antivirus.
 
Le fait d'avoir désactivé puis réactive le systeme de point de restauration a purgé ton Windows de celui contenant le virus pour le remplacer par un sain.
