quand je veux desinstaller norton internet security 2004 sur mon pc (xp familial) , j'ai le message d'erreur suivant ; "vous n'avez pas les droits superviseurs" , alors que j'ouvre une session administrateur sur mon pc.

comment faire pour desinstaller norton ?????
