How to Access the Service Menu
On a KV-32FX60
Turn OFF the set from the televisions on/off switch. Hold down the two dimpled buttons on top of the television ([Prog +] and [Prog -]), and keep them depressed. Turn the set ON from the televisions on/off switch. After a few seconds the set will come on. You can now release the dimpled buttons. (Note: This method also works with other newer Sony TV's and according to Mike G also with KV-28FX60) On a KV-28FX60
Turn the set on with the televisions on/off switch. Turn the set off from the remote control. Press the [I +] button. Press the [5] button. Press the [Vol +] button. Press the [TV] button. (Note: This method also works with other older Sony TV's)
That's it!
When the picture appears there should be a big 'TT--' in the top right-hand corner, if there isn't try again until there is. (Read more about the TT Codes here.)
Finally, to see the Service Menu just press MENU on your remote twice
