Hi guys, first time using this forum, so im not sure this is the right place to post it, so excuse me if its not.
 
So, this is the problem, i have the external sound card TerraTec Aureon XFire HD 8.0 USB, and i also have one headset Razer Tiamat 7.1.
Im trying to make them work together.
 
Im using Windows 7 64bit sp1 on a dell notebook.
 
The system recognizes the device, but it also says that it can be started, Error code 10.
 
I tried to contact the support, and they told me to make sure that the switch under the device was on the U2 position, ok it is. They also sent to me a link to download the driver , already did, nothing happened, same error.
 
If anyone could help me , that would be great, if guys need more info please contact me.
