Pas d'accord. Dans ma toute première colloc, une des chambres était occupée par un couple de lesbiennes (fort jolies et fort sympa ma foi), et en avoir 2 pour le prix d'une, c'est mieux.

surtout qu'il utilise les Berkeley Socket, qui sont multi plateformes ! s'il essaie son prog sous nulix, il aura le même truc :D

1- monter une SCI, plus simple du point de vue gestion, notamment pour les impots (tu n'es imposé que sur les résultats de la SCI, moins d'impots).

Sur le long terme, on y gagne. Mais il faut voir avec une banque pour des simulations plus poussées, c'est pas avec les simulateurs que tu obtiendras la réponse.

C'est pas le moins cher, mais je conseille Thermalright XP-90 + ventilateur Noiseblocker SE2.
 
Il est léger (~360g, contre 700+ pour un Zalman 7000Cu), a de très bonnes perfs et le ventilo fait très peu de bruit.
