repartitioning de tout un cluster avec un fichier xml, ca a fonctionne [:volta]

Ouip, c'était prévu (voir thread sur le casier judiciaire, Marc voulait une charte depuis longtemps mais il fallait encore trouver comment obliger les vieux à l'accepter, apparement c'est fait :) )
(et c'est une très bonne chose)
(manque juste un lien menant sur la charte au niveau du forum, parce que j'en ais pas trouvé)
